WAC 110-300-146(1)(a)(b): At the time of a site health and safety recheck following a site monitoring visit it was obvious that more ground cover had been brought in however, there were three climbing play structures (toys) that did not have adequate ground cover with there only being 6 inches measured the area of one, 7 inches measured in the area of another and 8 inches measured in another area by another one.
